I have been researching ceramic pans for about a month and this set caught my eye. Once I received them I could not wait to use them. The perform as advertised, you only have to use a limited amount of oil. Nothing sticks to these pans. My only advise is do not use high heat, for it will discolor the white finish.

We bought these in December, and by April/May they started to show signs of becoming less non-stick. I really like this set. I was worried it might not be quality because of the low price but they are very nice. The inside is ok but the red "paint" on the outside marked up on first use gas stove. Not a quality product I would recommend
