Yes, Le Creuset is expensive, but it is a quality product that stands the test of time. Buy once and you won't have to replace their wonderful cookware during your lifetime.Having said that, I ordered this 5qt braiser, but received the 3.5qt braiser. If you need a 5qt, I recommend ordering elsewhere as this seller hasn't responded to emails.
