Fantastic pan! i would give it a 5 star if the silicon wasnt coming off the handles. i purchased this pan late last yr so the silicone shouldnt be coming off. the pan cooks evenly and cleans up well in the dishwasher, its dishwasher safe. everytime ive used it i have not been disappointed! do wear oven mits when draining since the handles are short. i have a circulon infinite 10 pc cookware set and they are superb, 5 star on them. i have had this set for a few yrs now, purchased from amazon and they are still in excellent condition. this is an excellent sized pan fits in most dishwashers. use medium heat and you will not be disappointed!!

I have used other everything pans and liked them, but when I needed a new one the one I had been purchasing was unavailable so I bought this one, and love it. I use it every day and am thinking of buying another one. The only thing I would change about the pan is to have a lid with it.

I have never cooked eggs that actually swirled in the pan the whole time I was cooking them. The omelets look like the ones you get in a restaurant. It is incredible. I have never loved a piece of cookware before in my life until now! Even better, it works on my induction cooktop!

This review is from: Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Inch Everything Pan the one in the second picture. Kept the pan. Not bad and worked out well. But would have preferred the pan with the coated handles.

To update some early reviews stating that this pan is not induction ready. Received my pan yesterday and gave it the magnet test on arrival in case I needed to return it. It passed the magnet test which relieved my anxiety after reading some of the circa 2011 reviews that created doubt. Cooked breakfast this morning in this pan using my just purchased Duxtop 8300ST and everything worked great. Love this pan. Nice to not have a big handle sticking out which can make cooking unsafe. Also using an induction cooker keeps the short handles at a safe temp for handling. Another bonus that I did not realize with portable induction cooking is that trying to simmer in windy conditions is absolutely no problem. I live in a very windy area (near the Pacific coast) and trying to cook outside on a gas burner (barbecue side burner) is problematic as the flame keeps blowing around and will blow out at a low simmer setting. Induction cooking eliminates these problems completely. Once you are ready to simmer you can be assured it will stay simmering without having to baby it.
