I've used it for several weeks and am very pleased with the quality of this pan. Non stick surface seems very durable. I'm especially happy with the outside surface. Some of the higher end pans I've had have a surface that "clouds" after repeated runs through the dishwasher. This one does not and still looks new. Very good quality, very good value.

I am a heavy duty cooker. I tried to save some money and purchased a cheaper pan just before this one. It did not last. They are standing up to me so far. I would recommend them as a moderately priced cookware choice that will stand up to heavy cooking.

Really light, extremely easy to clean, at the same time bottom isn't really thin wcich is great! Very happy with the purchase! Comes in a cool box, it could be a nice gift!

I first discovered the Ecolution Artistry pans in my local grocery store. At that time, I was in need of a griddle pan, so I decided to purchase their Ecolution Artistry 11" Griddle. I was attracted to the eco-friendly non-stick coating on these pans--they use a water-based, Hydrolon non-stick coating rather than traditional Teflon/PFOAs--and I admit, I also loved the cute green flower pattern on the bottom! I wound up loving the griddle, so I was interested in purchasing other pans from the Ecolution Artistry line.

I recently purchased the Ecolution Artistry 8-Piece Cookware Set, but I decided that I wanted an additional saucepan, so I picked up this 2-quart size in my local store. As with the other pots in this series, the performance of this pan is AMAZING--I have NEVER seen a non-stick pan do its job so well! Foods just slide around, with very little oil/other coating needed. (NOTE: As per the instructions, I did "season" this pot with a very light coat of cooking oil prior to first use.) Although all of the Artistry pots are dishwasher-safe, I prefer to hand-wash (to preserve the outer finish as well as the overall life of the pans). I could practically just rinse the pan or wipe it out with a paper towel, it is THAT non-stick.

I love the Ecolution Artistry line so much that I have replaced my entire cookware! In addition to the Cookware Set and the Griddle mentioned above (which was purchased about 6 months ago and has performed flawlessly), I also recently purchased the Ecolution Artistry Chicken Fryer.

I am extremely satisfied with this pan overall! I highly recommend the Ecolution Artistry series, both for their excellent non-stick performance as well as for their eco advantage.

The pan appears to be warped so that the lid doesn't fit. I thought this was a good buy but should have spent more money. I have never purchased a pot where the lid didn't fit. The non stick part seems to work well, however. I don't want to take the time and expense of returning it so am using it 'as is' until I find another from a different company. I don't recommend buying it..
