This parchment paper works well for me, it has a coating so food doesn't stick to it (which was an issue last time I tried buying cheap paper). My only complaint is there is no blade on the box so it's a little difficult to tear straight. To add insult to injury, there is a DRAWING of a serrated edge in the appropriate location, like that's going to make the cardboard sharper? By helping you use the cutting power of imagination? Overall it works well enough though.

I have started using parchment paper under about anything I cook in the oven and some things in a slow cooker. It keeps food from sticking and makes for easy cleanup. The reason this product didn't get 5 stars is it doesn't have a metal "tear strip" on the package and is hard to pull out and get a straight tear by pulling it along the edge of the box. It gives instructions for how to tear it but that doesn't always work. The product itself is a great product though, and is a better price than what I find at my local grocery.

This is my second purchase of this item. i have purchased a few different in the interim, but came back to PaperChef. The quality rivals its more expensive competition but with a much better price. I am grateful for any leftover pocket change!!

The paper works great. However it's hard to tear it off with the box. U have to use a scissor.

I use it to bake some cake, loaf etc. and it's really convenient. The only thing is that can be a pain to use in a small pan so depends on what you need it for.
