T-fal 10-inch Nonstick Pan is a versatile Pan, I can Cook, Fry and Boil just about anything in it and the Food turns out Great. This 10 inch Pan is very Light made of Beautiful Hard Enamel outside and Non-Stick interior, the Pan comes with a Clear Glass Lid to see what's Cooking inside the Pan without having to lift it, the Lid has a Hole that works as a Vent to release Steam. It has the Thermo-Spot, Unique Heat Indicator, a Red Circle on the Center of the Pan that turns Bright Red and shows you when the Surface of the Pan is Perfectly Heated to Seal in the Flavor of the Food, it might be a Gimmick but I like That

The Pro-Metal Interior is Exceptionally Durable and Scratch Resistant, Safe to use with Metal Utensils, although I always use wooden ones. The exterior Enamel is Durable and Stain Resistant and easy to Clean, even though is Dishwasher Safe, I like to do it by hand, I want the Pan to look good for a long time. It has even Heat Distribution for Reliable Cooking Results, I also like the Comfortable Long Big Handle, it is very easy to hold and it keeps Cool. This T-fal pan with glass cover was exactly what I was looking for. Not too big, not too small. Just right!! Arrived in perfect condition, and sooner than expected. I wanted it in blue instead of the red color, but the blue one was like $15.00 more. I can live with the red, and spend the $15.00 on FOOD!! hehe Great product. Highly recommend it. :)
