We started off with one Le Creuset pot and are since converted so we bought this entire set. We use one or more of these everyday and do feel they contribute to the quality of the cooking. These pots are designed to give a very even heat and will last a long time but care instructions must be followed.
The clean up is fairly easy tooif there is any sticky residue in the pot we just soak it overnight with some detergent and it comes right off the next morning.

I would easily recommend this product, perfect for cooking, the temperature is maintained during the cooking process.You dont have to use high temperatures in the oven.
