I love this fish boat it has many more uses that just cooking fish roasted or grilled veggies, baked chicken pieces, baked fish, poached fish, and I even made a meatloaf on my grill with it. Bought all my siblings(4) one for their birthdays! Easy clean up too.

I've wanted a fish poacher for years but just couldn't justify spending that large amount of money on an item that I would not use for much else. Then I saw the fish 2-piece fish boat. It can be used for so many purposes and it works like a dream. I've poached, broiled, and baked fish in the fish boat. It can also be used on the grill and for meats and vegetables. I love broiled haddock and salmon, so I used this product alot. The first several uses, it was great...then the paint or coating or whatever it is, started to peel and come off exposing the bare metal underneath, now I'm hesitant to use it anymore because of health dangers. I have this a few years now.And it work great.I use it on the Barbecue to grill my fish.A few drop's of olive oil and some hot and spice seasoning.It cleans up good in the dishwasher.
