The first dish I received came broken in several pieces. Sent it back right away with UPS picking up next day and Amazon shipped out another same day. Because I have prime, I had my new dish within another 2 days. Then they sent an email when they received the broken one back. Very easy to work with. This is a very nice dish. Food scrubs right off making it easy to clean. The only reason gave it a 4 was because I could see the sides are not straight, they are bent in a little. Love this loaf pan. Turns out a perfect loaf of bread every time. Also wonderful to use as a service vessel. A perfect size to make a very nice pate. I think I need another one in blue!
