Ten years ago, one of our sons worked in a restaurant and began giving us All-Clad cookware as gifts for holidays and birthdays. It looks as good as it did when we got it, and we use it every day and wash it in the dishwasher. Every piece is designed for particular types of cooking and what a difference it makes--like using a screwdriver instead of a kitchen knife for screws! I recommend the complete set of All Clad cookware and in fact, we now give it as gifts to our children!
