(2008 HOLIDAY TEAM)This "luxury" damask runner is a lightweight, single-ply, polyester runner with gold tassels at each angled end. The background is ivory, with a two-tone gold/beige floral pattern. Unfortunately, because the material is both slippery and thin, it can easily slip from its position unless something on top holds it in place. It does look nice, however, and it serves its purpose. I just wish it were heavier, either because of another layer of fabric on the back or a better material. Still, I got what I paid for.

I'm really upset as I got this runner specifically because it said in online that it is machine washable and I knew that it will probably get dirty eventually, so when I received it, it said spot clean and tassels are not washable.

This table runner looks nice, is simple and elegant. I give it a 3 though, as the material is of average quality and is a bit too thin for my liking. Since it is so thin, it slides very easily unless you have items holding it in place.
