#1: it is not leakproof, good for cheesecakes but not for liquid desserts (flan)
#2: the removable tray has a 1/2 cm lip that raised, so it's very difficult to remove the dessert out of the tray. I made a flourless chocolate cake, and part of it stayed in the tray. Very messy and not esthetically appealing!
On the positive side, the metal is sturdy and the latch is easy to maneuver, but if I could buy another pan, I would.

I own several different pans in this range, and they all have some weight to them, which I much prefer when baking. The pan is solid and doesn't warp. It also conducts heat quite evenly. I've baked cheesecakes in it and have not experienced any leakage, however I tend to line the base with greaseproof paper before I close the tin around it when baking cheesecakes (so the paper sticks out from the bottom of the tin). I would recommend this pan purely because of it's weight which makes baking a much more pleasurable experience.Best Deals for Circulon Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Springform Pan
I used this to make an Italian Cheesecake. It baked up fine and after cooling, it was an easy release. So it does do what it is supposed to do.The problem I had was washing it. Apparently it did end up leaking into the bottom crevice of the circle outside. If it were truly non-drip, I would like it even more.
So I enjoyed an easy bake for the cheesecake but a bit of trouble cleaning the pan.
