I love the ceramic coating. It cleans so easily and if it looks stained, I use my glass stovetop cleaner on it and it comes out beautifully. It does seem like I need to use much lower heat settings when I cook with it, but I am getting used to that.

We just bought the 10-inch pan for cooking eggs bc our old nonstick was worn out and we wanted to give an "eco" option a try, and we have been totally amazed how eggs don't stick. I mean, at all. Like, it is hard to tell whether the pan has been cleaned because there is no egg residue left when you empty the pan. I should say we do use butter in the pan when we cook. Haven't tried it without. But it works better than our old nonstick pan (which we also used with butter), and our uncoated pans too, obv. We'll see how long the effect lasts.
