An EXCELLENT product! I use in the kitchen besides my regular electric cooktop and take it along in its' convenient case when doing cooking demonstrations. I bought a second Grillex Portable Gas Burner but unfortunately, it came with a slight dent on the side cover so I cannot close it completely when putting in the gas canister unless I tape it down. Disappointed in that respect. Otherwise, it's a good product.

It's hard to beat this item for convenience and functionality, and the molded case it comes in is handy for when not in use. I took one star off for two reasons: the first is that the fuel canisters are expensive and hard to find where I live; also when simmering at very low temps a good gust of wind can put the flame out. The stove worked fine for a while. Then, the butane wouldn't burn inconsistently followed by the canister not being able to be seated correctly. This evening the stove quit working completely. I purchased this November 21, 2012. I've used butane stoves for years as they're my main source for cooking so I know how to use them and what not to do. I'm sure that I received a defective item but I don't see this as the sellers fault. It happens. Take this with a grain of salt because you're more likely to get and I hope you get a decent product.
