I realize that this might seem a bit expensive for a baking sheet and why not just get something cheaper? It's totally worth the money. Not only is it flawlessly nonstick (even after multiple uses saving money on messy sprays and foil), but it is also scratch-resistant and the perfect size for large batches of cookies. I also love that it is rimless (no rusting when you wash it!). I have tried tons of other sheets, but this is THE one.

this is a great pan...nothing sticks...raised end makes it esy to grab to take out of the oven...not flimsy-feels solid..now if it only came in a smaller toaster oven size

The best cookie sheet I have ever used. I believe in Calphalon because I have the cookware and really love it. It might be a good idea to check into a cookie spatula from Calphalon. These work wonders on removing cookies from the cookie sheet. It does not mess up the cookies.

First of all, it is a solid product and it came in a timely manner and excellent condition. However, judging from the picture, I was expecting a sheet that would be flat up to edge of the long sides. It is not. The sheet is elevated along the long edges. The elevation is slight but still: I am loosing about 1 inch of baking surface for baking cookies that need to be flat. And actually that was the primary reason why I bought this sheet: to have larger baking surface. On the other hand, this sheet is still larger than my ordinary sheets so I decided to keep it.

I was surprised to find how many cookies would fit on this sheet. Instead of the standard 12, it easily held 20 cookies. I also found that the cookies baked quicker, and advise adjusting the time.
