The pot was received badly dented, however the shipping box shows no sign of damage. The pot is damaged beyond use. I tried to contact the seller (through Amazon) but no answer. I could return the pot, but would have to pay return shipping charges. I do not feel that I should be responsible for the shipping charges. I also ordered the 17 quart pot, the covered doesn't fit, as it is warped.
Looks like I am out a little over a $100 dollars and Amazon will be out of a customer if they don't make it right.

Fast delivery, Caldero was as described, Very good quality product, would buy from seller again..... My mom has had a smaller Imusa caldero for about ten years and it still looks and cooks great. I got this one for my girlfriend and she loves it. I compared the imusa brand to other brands side by side at local spanish stores and the other brands seem to be made of cheaper quality materials. Hope they get more in stock, this is a great Caldero and everyone is asking me where I got one this big from.Dave
