Egg sticks very badly and doesn't come out. Nobody can make TAMAGO YAKI with pan.
I usually don't have any problem making TAMAGO YAKI, but with this pan, impossible.
It looks like regular Japanese TAMAGO YAKI pan, but it is just the shape.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY THIS.

It took me awhile to find this product and purchased it. I am glad I did because it performed excellent. I could make all kinds of omelets in the pan and it was personal siz as well. Easy to clean up as it was teflon finish
