When I first got the pan, I was worried. It seemed a little too flexible and was, in fact, bent slightly out of shape when it arrived. My hubby has trouble getting the bottom to go in and stay in: it wants to pop straight through on him. But I find it works just fine; haven't had any problems. Just have to put it in straight and make certain to press down evenly until it snaps into place.
One of the best characteristics of this pan (for me) is clean-up we don't own a dishwasher, so everything is by hand. This springform pan is so incredibly easy to wash, I need to find more recipes so I can use it more often.
I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because, while I haven't had any problems, it really doesn't feel as solid and sturdy as I would like.

Very cheap materials. Arrived bent. Went straight to the trash can.Doesn't say Winco on it anywhere. Made me wonder if it is Winco.

This silver spring form pan does not cause my cheese cake to burn on the bottom. These pans are getting harder to find and I am happy to have another silver one.
