This bowl is really not what I expected. It is lovely looking as in the product picture. HOWEVER unlike the fine china in the rest of the line, this bowl is heavy and less refined. It reminds me of a light-weight piece of stoneware. I will keep it, but I won't order another one. This is a beautiful serving piece for Winter Greetings. The one thing I would mention is that the size is right for about four people, maybe up to six?, but not for a single vegetable for a larger group. To some, this would seem unnecessary to say, but the sizes of Lenox china sometimes surprise buyers. I like it because it is not too heavy to pass, but depending on the use it will get, you might consider purchasing a second piece. No, I don't get a commission. :-)
