This is a really nicely made skillet, perfect for any small scale frying task. About the only thing wrong with a previous version was that they left a flat edge around the rim of the skillet, and it tended to catch liquids, which would burn and be difficult to clean. This one has a slight arch in the rim surface, which keeps most liquids from settling on it. No complaints, and expect many years of regular use from it.
