Mauviel Cuprinox Pour la Table 13.7"Oval Au Gratin Reviews
This au gratin pan is my first love in the kitchen I never in my wildest dreams thought a pan would cook up everything so beautifully. I have made countless dishes in this little bugger and they all come out tasting and looking fantastic. Don't get me wrong; I have the glass Pyrex casserole dishes and they are very serviceable, affordable, and utilitarian. But they pale in comparison to this baby, and I am not talking about the Glam Factor that copper exudes (although just about anyone will tell you they are the purtiest thangs in the whole county!). The heat conductivity that copper pans (and Mauviel in particular) possess is beyond comparison and makes these pans superior. These babies are a joy to cook with and I look forward to adding more pieces. My dream trip is to fly to France and visit the factory; that's my kind of souvenir!
