I have read many reviews where they state it just spritz's or streams instead of spraying. You must clean it periodically. This product worked from day 1 and still works. We use it for spraying olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil...Never a problem. For breadmaking, fantastic! For lighlty spraying fish / meat before searing, GREAT! Glad we went with Pampered Chef

This is a good system, it works great at first anyway. I got mine from a party a couple years ago, and it came with a replacement sprayer top. After a while, it gets a little clogged, but that's ok, you have a replacement right? Well, then that one gets clogged. For some reason you can buy the sprayer here, not the replacements and you have to contact Pampered Chef over the phone, not even by there website. They run roughly, as of today's date, four bucks plus shipping, and I can imagine how much that is. I'd say that they last from 6-9 months when new and only a couple if you try to clean them as I have. I've tried soaking mine to try to clean it, but it just doesn't live up to when it was first purchased. Wish they would sell them on here with Prime!

This seemed like a perfect idea for kale chips and popcorn, but right out of the box, it did not work. The pump cap does not pump at all. I had to toss it. A real waste of money.
