I've used the Chef'n VeggiSteam product and the traditional collapsible metal kind. Both have the same problem, they work just fine until you need to pull them out of the pot. It's very hard to get the VeggiSteam out of the pot without the veggies falling off of it. The metal ones are hard to remove in general, in that they get super hot.
The nice thing about the Veebo is that it works as a steamer, but has the shape of a pasta insert. This means removing it does not spill your veggies all over. It's VERY collapsible, and the handles stay cool.
I will say it's a bit small for pasta, I've bought the large version for that in the future. I did manage to use it for pasta though, I just broke the spaghetti in half.
I love this product.

It's great as a veggie steamer in all ways. Squishes down in the pot for cooking and for storage. Extraordinarily easy to clean just needs a quick rinse. Does not have any metal parts to scratch your pans or break off. Highly recommend. One warning it doesn't stay all pretty white like the photo at least not when used to steam broccoli several times a week.Best Deals for Dreamfarm Vebo 5-Inch Vegetable Steam Strainer, Blue
Works wells. Holds its integrity at full boilThe reason I didn't give it 4 stars was because it is small doesn't hold alot of bulky items like brocolli or cauliflower so best for people cooking for 2 or 3 people. Would be nice if the manufacturer made it about 40% bigger.
