When I purchased my Victorio Food Strainer a year ago, I decided not to get this accessory kit right away, but to wait and see how much I liked my original product. Needless to say, I love it. When I got a large amount of blackberries several weeks ago, I knew the berry screen would be a must. It works every bit as well as I had hoped. I also got a few pie pumpkins and the pumpkin screen was excellent as well.

These products are definitely 5 star.

The only room for improvement is that I wish Victorio would offer a cleaning brush as part of this accessory kit. While washing carefully by hand without the aid of a brush is fairly easy for the applesauce screen that comes with the original kit, a brush is most definitely necessary for the berry screen.

This makes salsa prep SO much easier. Makes nice small tomato chunks that make a smooth consistency salsa. However, I did find the harder veggies like peppers are best chopped by hand, or my favorite, the food processor. If you have a Victorio Strainer, don't forget this, too.

I put up a lot of blackberry jelly each year. This year I tried the Victorio Food Strainer with the berry screen included in this kit. It did a fine job of removing all of the seeds and most of the pulp. The collected juice was passed through a jelly bag and the final product came out sparkling clear.

The grape spiral makes this kit worth it's weight if you any volume of grapes to process at all. It does not clog and makes very short work of grapes for juice, wine, or jelly.

The additional screens work very well too and each one comes with a seal in addition to the seal that's included with the food mill package. This kit works exactly as advertised and I'm extremely happy with it. Five stars all the way.

I ordered these accessories along with my Food Strainer. I love them. One of them has small enough holes so I can actually put my strawberries through it and remove the seeds for seedless strawberry jam. It also works great for blackberry,raspberry jams etc. A lot easier then using a hand mill. I would recommend.
