Review of 17-3/4" Stainless Steel Pot and Pan Cover - Browne-Halco 57 24145
Definitely a must have if you own the Thermalloy 40 qt. stockpot or 25 qt. brazier. It's nice and heavy duty 14-guage 18/10 stainless steel to match the quality of the pots it covers. Forms a solid seal to lock in moisture and ensure even cooking from bottom to top.
