I own a number of good pans, but this is hands down the best yet. I only wished I could find a lid big enough to fit it. This thing goes all day: eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes in the morning, stir fry for lunch and whole roasted dinners at night. I brown a roast and then pop it in the oven to finish, throw in some small potatoes, whole onions, carrots (put the roast on top of carrots to keep it from sitting in the liquid), green beans, and a can of tomatoes and, of course, a bunch of whole garlic cloves and you have yourself an awesome dinner fit for company... while you sit with them and enjoy the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen.

What a great product! Love it & will order more Fagor products.Nothing sticks to this pan & love the size. Also use it to heat up tortillas.

I make arroz con Gandules and other rice dishes in this paellera, they come out great, non-stick and durable, also very beautiful, got many compliments every time I serve in it. Rice dishes come out great, just keep in mind that you will have to keep adding liquids when cooking rice in it and will need to cover it.
