I really like Scanpans. We have had several and they are the best we have found yet.

They don't really last a lifetime however. They might last 2 years under heavy use.

The last one I sent in for a replacement under the warranty. They did replace it.

I am buying another one because the one I have sticks really bad now. I have tried

some of the cleaning techniques like boiling dishwasher detergent in it, but nothing

works very well. I do think they are the best pans available, but certainly nothing

lasts a lifetime.

These are the best nonstick pans I've ever used. They have a good even heat distribution They look great and feel great. And they clean up in a flash.

So far so good, doesn't stick, seems to work great. I hope it's really better for my health than Teflon considering the high cost.

This pan is truly a wonder! I used it the same day it arrived following the easy instructions that came with the pan. I made a fritatta and it did not stick! The pan washed like a dream. It even came with a soft storage bag very convenient and no worries about other pans scratching the surface in the cupboard.

The first order got lost in the mail and the Chef's catalogue people were most gracious and helpful in reordering for me.

I would certainly deal with Amazon and with Chef's again for such a wonderful product at such a good price.

First tryfried eggs stuck to the bottom. Second try with just a drop of oilworked really well. Easy cleanup. Now if it will just last as advertised.
