I have had one of these for over 15 years, love it, use it constantly. I have given 100s of these as wedding gifts along with the following simple recipe. Take a whole chicken, wash and pat dry. Place the chicken sitting up in the roaster (with the stick in the middle up it's butt). Coat chicken well with worcestershire sauce. Take a mix of salt, pepper and herbs de provence, and coat the worcestershire-wetted chicken all over. Add a few smashed and peeled cloves of garlic in all the crevices. Cook at 375 fahrenheit for an hour (that is for a 4 pound chicken, add or subtract from there). You will stun folks with this easy, amazing chicken.
