The seal on my 6 qt. pressure cooker was getting brittle so I was afraid to use it. I purchased a new seal and used it for the first time last week. It worked perfect and the cabbage, meatballs and potatos were yummy. The seal and pressure valve are very important in the safty of using a pressure cooker.

I Tried every which way to make it fit but to no avail. I just gave up and threw the pressure cooker in the trash. I did give it a try though.
