I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked! It also helped having a pancake pen to better control how much batter is placed in each mold. Definitely spray with cooking spray first, then the pancakes are very easy to lift out and turn.

I love how these little silver dollar pancakes turn out. It's great for porting food too. I keep another hot pan available so I can flip the impressioned ones onto it and make more immediately.

When I saw this pan, I just knew I had to have it. While we love making fun food, it is a real treat to make fun foods to share with the grand daughters. The pan is great, as usual with Nordic Ware. Even heating, no sticking, nice browning. Sometimes we dust with a little powdered sugar in a small sieve and other times we top with maple syrup or fruit sauce. The pancakes are small, just right for little people, but they cook quickly, so it is easy to turn out pan after pan when the whole crew is in the house. Well packaged, prompt shipping. Very well pleased.

Our family, and the kid's especially, LOVE this pan. (We live in an area with lots of snow.) You have to use very thin batter and it's a little tricky to flip the pancakes and get the snowflake pattern on both sides without burning your fingers but we really do enjoy this pan and I got a second one for my sister's family because we know they'll love it too!
