If this lasts a year, I'll be surprised. The lid was warped out of the box, and doesn't fit properly. You certainly get what you pay for. Buyer beware.

The pot seems a little flimsy and light. Might be prone to warping eventually. So far I have brewed 2 batches of beer with it and it seems to work fine.
