I PURCHASED THIS PAN A WHILE AGO BUT FORGOT TO REVIEW IT. I USE IT ALMOST EVERY TIME I COOK, WHICH IS EVERY DAY. ITS WELL CONSTRUCTED AND CLEANS WONDERFULLY IN THE DISHWASHER.

The top of this pan is the same size as the one I was replacing, but the sides are sloped far more. That results in a smaller usable cooking area at the bottom of the pan. Not a big deal, but now I make smaller crepes.

The nonstick surface is amazing though. I'm pretty sure even the butter was beading up.

Having tried numerous other brands of frying pans all of which warped after a few uses, despite careful handling I decided to try this Kitchen Aid. It is wonderful! It distributes the heat evenly; and, most important, it has a very heavy base that does not warp. I was a bit concerned that the handle would get too hot, but it doesn't. Even though expensive compared to other manufacturers, I feel it is worth every penny.

I have little experience with this yet, but. I have been looking for a large pan that works with induction ovens. This fits the bill at a reasonable price.

I love this skillet. It is just like one I have had an enjoyed for the last few years. Does not warp. Cooks evenly. I would order again when needing another skillet.
