Very nice. It is a solid grease pot with a strainer and we use it for bacon grease. The strainer has large holes in it, so don't expect it to strain everything. You might want to put a layer of cheesecloth on top if you want to strain out the bacon bits from the grease. The container is a little larger than we needed, but the mouth is wide enough to get a spatula in it. The only imperfection we noticed is the knob on the top is not centered.

I was excited to order and receive this grease container. My previous metal container developed a pin-sized hole and started leaking. I thought it would be great to have a ceramic one that would not have this problem. The photo shows a closed container and the dimensions seemed great.

The seller shipped very quickly because I have Amazon Prime. It was wrapped very well. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the container was obviously two different colors. The lid was a bright white color and the bottom container was a bisque sort of color. I was exremely disappointed and sent it back. One thing to note, the interior strainer is also ceramic, not metal, so you will need to be careful with it when washing.

I love to add bacon grease to some foods for the flavor. I bought this grease container just for bacon grease. It is pretty in my kitchen and works great to hold and strain bacon grease. My daughter and granddaughter liked it so much they wanted one for their kitchens.

This little container is very slick; it comes with a strainer that fits into it and it cleans easily. I do wish either a dog food can or a coffee can or some other container fit in it. Our local trash company will take grease and recycle it, but requires the grease to be in a sealed container. Transferring grease is really messy. The container is nice on the counter or shelf and doesn't take up much space.
