After owning and using (and damaging and returning) a teflon type non-stick by another manufacturer, I naturally wanted a ceramic non-stick to avoid all the chemical exposure of PTFE etc. I ordered this product, and it arrived within the expect delivery window. I used it yesterday to prepare a large cook up of meals for the week, and was very pleased with its light weight, good even heat transmission, and perfectly non stick clean up. The only complaint I have is the outer surface of the pot is damaged, a 3/8" long scratch through the enamel into the aluminum, but not in a way that really bothers me nor affects its utility in any way. Without the blemish it would have been a 5 star review.
Very happy with the purchase, especially for the price.
