It is stable, attractive, easy to clean, dual fuel friendly (gel or liquid), very cheese fondue friendly and I suspect chocolate friendly, as well. Why four stars? Haven't used it to cook meats in oil or broth.

Just like the other reviews, this performs as described. Seems to be well built. Have used it only once in 6 months though.
