This is a wonderful frypan. It has a very heavy bottom which is good for even heating. Also, heavy bottomed frypans will not warp. I've looked all over for a frypan with a heavy bottom to replace my old one and I'm so happy to have found this. I will be shopping Amazon and TigerChef to look for a larger sized frypan in the same brand.
