I have one I use for baking bread it is the perfect size and shape. The outside is very rough. The texture on the inside was OK once I seasoned it well enough. I ordered a second one which arrived with a big crack down the side. I am sure it was dropped during shipping cast iron is brittle and will crack. A new one was shipped immediately after I contacted them.
