I really love this pan! The surface is ultra slippery, which really helps me to turn out an attractive omelette at our little cafe. I bought another brand of pan at the same time, and of the two, this one definitely turns out a better omelette. They are so perfect, they almost look fake!

I also enjoy the two utensils that came with it. My only complaint is that I cannot just buy the pan.

I purchased this set for my mother-in-law mostly to replace the pan someone ran through her dishwasher this past Thanksgiving (no, it wasn't me, but she was so dismayed about it I bought her the new one for Christmas). So the pan gets 5 stars from her because she LOVES this pan. My husband used the spatula this weekend to cook eggs in the new pan and he LOVED the spatula. The whisk, however, is another story. The whisk that came with this set does not look like the one pictured. The metal part looks like a circle and the wires go around horizontally instead of vertically. I thought it was too small as a circle to be much use beating eggs, so I gave it a dry run through the air to test it out. I am lucky I did not break my glasses or damage my eye, although my cheek stung for quite a while. This whisk is FLEXIBLE. As you stir with it in circular motion, the darn thing elongates to the size of the firm whisk that is pictured (maybe longer). After I recovered from the slap in the face, I tried it on the eggs. Altough it seemed to whisk them adequately, the whisk was not firm enough for me and I felt I had little control. The harder you whisk, the more the thing elongates, even to the point it became too long to whisk the eggs in the bowl. As noted above, the pan and the spatula individually each rated 5, but because the whole item is a set and the whisk almost maimed me I gave the set a 3.
