I really love these pans. Since I am single, I like to have single size serving cookware and these fit the bill perfectly. I've made scalloped potatoes, chicken pot pie and cobblers in them. I like that I can cook with a top on or off. They are pretty heavy (not as heavy as cast iron, but close) and clean-up is a snap.

These are very well made and I would have to guess they will last a very long time. They are not big enough for a main entree, like a pot pie, but are a good size for an individual desert, such as cobbler or crisp.
