This is the sharpest set of knives I've ever owned. Light weight, attractive design, nice size and grip. I hand wash them and dry them so I haven't noticed rust yet. Shipping was quick and the price was right.

Review edited 10 months later: I had to dump the biggest knife of this set in the garbage, I believe it is called the "chef" knife. The metal was very thin and broke while cutting meat rendering the knife useless. But before that, I accidentally dropped it from a distance of about 4 inches in the kitchen sink, and one piece of the handle came off. Very weak construction. I can't recommend this product no matter how cheap it is.

This product has fit well into my kitchen the knives are sharp and the sizes are just what I needed. I didn't want or need a huge set of block knives, but did want knives that cut like a professional-grade set. These are those knives.

Not bad at all for the price. Spotted a little rust on one of the pairing knives after a couple washes, but I've learned to dry them immediately after washing. So far so good.

This is the first negative review I've made, but need to say that these knives are NOT as advertised. They showed spots after a couple of washings! Even the cheapest grocery store purchased knives don't show spots. I tried to clean them with a scouring pad, and a gray color came washing off. Guess they were simply stainless steel coated. Don't buy these knives.
