A great pan! It is versatile and can be used on the stovetop and then moved directly to the oven. It cleans up really easily, as well. A great investment for the kitchen due to the versatility and easy clean-up.

This is just what I needed to cook my chicken pork chops hamburgers and also to make a nice sauce for my pasta. Its cheap as far as the quality and lifetime of cooking your going to get from an all-clad product. And it was delivered promptly and it was just what I expected it to be.

Not much to add to existing reviews it's full-blown All-Clad quality, and the domed lid is versatile. Helps recovery of moisture, if that's what you need (returns evaporated water to the pan), and also makes room for stove-to-oven transitions of chunky stuff like a a roast or tri-tip you'd like to sear before finishing in the oven.

I do think it's a little small? I have another 4-quart saute pan from a different manufacturer, and it definitely has a slightly larger overall volume (not including the lid).
