I purchased it online and received it very quickly. It is nice and big. I expected to be a little thicker being that it is commercial grade. We used it this weekend to cook for 30 people and it was not a problem :-)

I admit I was excited when I ordered this pan. I have an extremely large version made by another company and have been wanting a smaller version for quite some time.The pan is well made, the metal is quite thick. It does have some weight to it and is sturdy. The handles are VERY nice and a good size. Nothing irritates me more than to try and move a hot pan with substandard or small handles but with this pan, I won't have to worry about that at all. The labels are easily removed and don't leave any annoying residue on the surface of the pan.
I plan on using it for making jams and jellies and will update this review as soon as I've used it on the first batch.
The lid (sold separately but well worth the small extra expense) is also made with the same quality as the pan. I recommend buying them together if you have any thoughts about wanting a lid for you pan. I didn't buy the lid for my larger one and can just kick myself for making that mistake!
