I love, love, loved my Orgreenic frying and sauté pans. Eggs slid right out, as did pancakes or whatever you cooked. I seasoned as directed, I dont have a dishwasher, and I took great care to hand wash with a a gentle sponge or washcloth. No abrasive cleansers or scrubs, no metal spatulas, I babied these pans. In fact, they still look like brand new, not a knick or scratch the only problem is they no longer work, They have become the antithesis of what they were. Now everything sticks, I can't cook eggs, or pancakes, even bacon sticks. I recently needed to make eggs and my other pans were in use so I begrudgingly pulled out my Orgreenic, even with copious amount of oil,it was very difficult to turn and deliver a nice looking egg. The pans have become literally worthless for cooking. What a waste of money! I have Caphelon pans that i've had forever and a Faberware pan I bought in college that still work great. Dont waste your money on this brand!
NOTE: If anyone knows a trick to renew the surface please feel free to comment.We got this for my cousin who had mentioned at Christmas that she thought that even she could cook with these pots and pans.
