This thermos is very big. The perfect size I was looking for, however, when it arrived one of the handles was broken/cracked. I would have kept it but the main reason I bought it was for taking food out, and since the handle is also where the top locks into the base I can't keep it. The handles are bit thinner compared to the size of the of the thermos, but it can still function and lock in place.Update
I had returned this item, but I am thinking on purchasing another one in the near future, hopefully it will arrive without damage :P
