These wine coolers work great at our winery, Plum Hill Vineyards. The inserts last all day. I will use them for the tasting wines as well as for customers who buy a bottle of white and want to keep it cool while they are hanging out, enjoying the views and music. I love the coolers and will be buying more.

I've only owned this wine cooler for two weeks, and it's already my favorite wine accessory. It looks classy and there's absolutely no condensation on the bottle. It can hold wine, champagne, and even oversized bottles--and it REALLY keeps your wine at the perfect serving temperature: red or white. I just love it!

I have been looking for just the right wine chiller for more than a year. This one could hardly be better. First, the small slim gel packs nest together to take up so little room in the freezer compared to others, where you put the whole cooler inside. They just slide perfectly into the well-designed unit. The slim stainless design sits neatly on any table. The bottom does not sweat, but by the end of the night, there is some moisture trickling down the side. It keeps a pre-refrigerated bottle of white wine perfect through a leisurely two hour dinner. My wife doesn't even ask for ice. A room temp bottle of pinot noir gets cooled nicely in five to ten minutes. I am buying three more for Christmas as gifts.

I purchased this more than a month ago and finally got to try it out. It did exactly what I wanted, which was to keep my wine cool out on my lanai (screened in pool area) during a hot summer evening in Florida! It did sweat with condensation, which might be a problem inside, but is all part of outdoor entertaining in Florida! It kept my wine MUCH cooler than using a regular wine cooler and even better than the ones you freeze and slip onto the bottle itself. I like this much better because you can easily remove the bottle to see the label and how much is left in the bottle which is not readily apparent with the soft frozen coolers you slip over the bottle. It is very nice looking, too.

Unlike some of the reviewers, I used a bottle that had already been cooled in my wine refrigerator. It probably would not actually cool a warm bottle of wine, but I had no intention of using it for that purpose.
