I really loved the non-toxic coating on this pan (the reason I ordered it). I just wanted to make eggs and pancakes that wouldn't stick like in my stainless pans. I only make eggs and pancakes in this pan. At first it was amazing. Now after maybe a dozen uses my eggs are sticking no differently than in my stainless pans. I always use butter or other fat, but it isn't helping. I clean gently, never using abrasive cleansers or dishwasher. I may return this pan if I still can...

I have been frustrated by the ceramic skillets I have losing their non stick finish and by their poor heat retention for slower cooking and browning. I have Lodge skillets which I like for non sticky frying and Le Creuset pots which I also love and have had for many years, so I am used to cooking in cast iron, this may be the basis for my feelings about this skillet. I wanted to have a skillet that could cook eggs many ways and not stick, as well as other foods that typically stick even in seasoned cast iron.I've had this pan for several months, and I've been testing it out on a variety of egg dishes. I love the result and it has not lost its non stick properties at all. I can finally fry and reduce onions tomatoes and peppers, then throw in the eggs to make a scramble or omelette and I get a beautifully browned outside and soft interior, impossible in the other non stick pans I own. This pan heats up slow and stays warm for the cooking time I need, so I can stay on a lower heat setting as recommended and still get great browning. Very happy! Hope they make other sizes...
