Since I cook for one, I have found this to be an extremely versatile, high quality pan adequate for nearly all of my needs. "Non stick" is totally true for this model I have had no need for cooking spray for any foods. It cleans beautifully with a quick swipe of the soapy sponge, heats evenly, and the lid (a rare find for an omelet pan!) does not become overheated during cooking. Quality is superb.

This is a great pan! The perfect weight, size, lid....my husband, a scrambled-egg chef, loves it. Reasonable price, easy to clean--what's not to like?

I was looking for a nonstick pan with a lid for not only eggs but some light frying. This pan is really shallow, there are other pans that are much deeper for omelets which give a bit more room to flip the food without spilling over. For my purpose, this is good, the pan is lightweight and fits 4 eggs easily. I've had the pan for a while and did not abuse it, the nonstick coating is still on it. The lid is great for heating up some sauces without having to watch over it every single second, this is good value because it comes with a lid. The only thing that could make it better is if the lid had a little vent hole.

I love this pan and my other Calphalon pans! This is the perfect size for frying up 2-3 eggs and makes for easy clean up. I can't believe that I can fry eggs without oil or butter! Just use one of those silicone spatulas and you're good to go. Maybe the one thing I don't like about it is the really smooth bottom that makes it hard to keep it straight on my crappy coil stove. I also like that it's light and comes with a lid. I'll continue to by from Calphalon! Awesome little pan. Super slick with a lid to boot. Can't go wrong with Calphalon. One note: if I was doing it over again, I'd get the 10" pan. Two eggs fit snugly in this pan, but no more.
