i suppose what matters most is "how does it cook?" the answer is "surprisingly well". i/ve used the griddle about a dozen times now...... (grilled cheese on sourdough, pancakes, hamburgers (!), breakfast meats) and nothing has even thought about sticking. and it is very easy to clean.

the reason i am surprised by its performance is because it is much THINNER and lighter-weight than i expected. when it arrived... i took one look and regreted my purchase. but it has proved my first impression wrong.

no scratches or durability concerns yet..... but i am very gentle with my cookware. i'll post an update if durability ever becomes a problem.

its light weight and cooks my pancakes very nicely. Then non-stick is great for flipping with out sticking

This griddle is of high quality and distributes the heat evenly and very easy to clean after it cools off just run it under hot water and wipe it dry .Theres enough room on this griddle for 7 eggs and 7 pieces of bacon or 2 good size pieces of ham

My sister owned a set of cookware from Bialetti and I fell in love with them. They are strong, a bit heavy but the teflon finish is excellent. I am so glad I found them in Amazon... at a great price.

I love this pan! It's so smooth. I made pancakes on it, and didn't need to use any oil or butter. The pancakes were golden brown, evenly cooked, and tasted great. It's a good product for people on a low fat diet.
