I bought this skillet expressly for cooking eggs, and I can say it does the best job of any I have ever used. I use it on a smooth-glass electric cooktop, and the skillet sits perfectly flat as far as I can tell. It is heavier than All Clad triply and takes a little longer to heat up, but it is a little more evenly hot across the cooking surface. It is perfect for omelettes on Sunday morning, and we are really enjoying the pan. All Clad quality is first rate as always. Recommended!
