I know it's weird to review a ladle, but this is the best ever. I bought one that was hard plastic, but the coating was coming off in my stock, ew. I bought another one that had a metal scoop and plastic handle, that came apart. This is the best because it is solidly made, all metal, and the handle is long enough to hook on a large pot I have a 3 gallon that is tall and a 5 gallon that is even bigger. This ladle doesn't sink into your soup/sauce/stock, etc. If this ever gives out, I will definitely buy another one, but I think it will be a very long time before I need one.

I needed a good ladle for a hot chocolate bar I was doing for a party. This one was the perfect size for filling a 6-8oz cup. The spout allowed you to pour without spilling hot chocolate all over. It's made very well and like that it's stainless steel.

I would never had thought a ladle would make such a difference in the canning process, but I was wrong this ladle makes filling canning jars so much easier, even if you don't use a funnel.
